Responsibilities:
Under the Supervision of the CEO, the Financial Clerk will be responsible for the preparation of and maintenance of financial records including tracking organizational assets, liabilities, profit & loss, tax liabilities, budget preparation, audit reviews, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma with advanced Degree preferred in related subject matters pertaining to position Concentrated training and/or experience in computer basics, Quickbooks Online, principles of accounting, bookkeeping, month-end/year-end reporting, payroll experience Job Requirements:
Applicable knowledge of principles of accounting Basic community, social interaction skills, and communication skills Computer literacy and reading literacy Proficient in Quickbooks Online Budget analysis experience Understanding reporting requirements Interested persons should submit an Application or Resume' highlighting experience and skills in relation to this position.
